Delete your PaceTag account
In the app
- Open PaceTag and go to the You tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Write to privacy@pacetag.app from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We reply to that address to check it is you, delete the account within one month, usually much sooner, and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
- Groups you host end for everyone, and you leave the other groups.
- Your latest position, your courses, your spectator links and cheers sent to you.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the record of your plan.
- Last, your sign-in account at Clerk, with your email address.
Other people's data in groups you were part of is deleted on the usual schedule in the privacy notice.
